I have been in the customer service industry for the past 15 years. My most recent experience has been serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in the long-term care insurance industry. One reason I particularly enjoy customer relation and project management, is the opportunity to connect with people and provide them with a high degree of empathy and strategic solutions. In my last job, I provided some significant system improvements resulting in a restructuring in the delivery and receiving time of documents to customers.
My real strength is my attention to detail and being able to think creatively. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. I am a proactive learner, and when I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations and encourages innovation. I am looking to join a strong team in a role that is highly cross-functional and collaborative driven.
