I have worked as a customer service support role for 5 strong years, assisting with multiple designation such as front desk services, back-end support, outbound inquiries/sales, digital specialist, social media, and currently live chat.
My love for customer service experience first came when I was working in a 5-Star hotel establishment as a front desk agent. Helping with customers need are my strong suit, knowing how hoteliers expectation for their guests are of a high standard requirement. I then began to develop my skills for customer service.
As I venture myself to a different playing field, I carry with me the experience gained from my previous job to a more corporate and demanding day to day job with the world’s best low cost airline, Airasia Berhad. This would be the pinnacle of my career highlight as it creates a solid foundation to further enhanced my future credibility.
Moving on, with the customer services skill as my main forte, I went from a traditional call center agent role to become a digital specialist. The era for which smartphone, WiFi and internet are easily accessible to everyone, it makes the job even more so demanding. I knew that this would be the perfect time to switch, and it was the right choice. I became a pioneer in my role and never doubted myself since.
Basically, I love being as a customer service and it always provide me with pure satisfaction for accomplishing a job.
