my name is Katrin, I am 24 years old and I recently got my Bachelors Degree in International Business. Therefore, I am all the more pleased that I can start directly into digital life and work, wohoo!
Although I am still so young, I have already lived in Costa Rica, Panama and London. So I am fluent English, Spanish and German (mother tongue). During my internships I have already worked in a Recruitment Agency (London) and at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Panama City. So I would be very happy if you give me a chance to gain more work experience.
During my studies, I was already able to gain one year of work experience. Below you can find my former tasks. I love to organize, I can imagine to help you with administrative tasks, like translations, writing texts, etc.
Here you can see my tasks during the internship at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Panama City:
Communication with members of the chamber.
Independent conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of international events, including the organization of the “Green Banking, Capacitacíon en Energía Verde y Financiamiento Climático”, three day event, supported by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, with a direct budget oversight of USD 10,000.
Processing of project inquiries and inquiries for the project implementation of target market analyses.
Support on the creation of editorial materials using social media channels.
Implementation and execution of marketing strategies on social networks.
Graphical preparation of documents using Gimp graphical editor.
Adminstrative, organizational activities and office management using Microsoft Outlook, Office, Drive.
And my tasks during the internship at the Recruitment Agency in London:
Recruitment: Preparing CVs for clients, data base management, composing adverts, independent analysis to increase the internal quality of work at the offices in London and Cardiff, research of new clients and jobs on the UK, US and German market.
Marketing: Development of new content for social media, supporting the marketing department, as well as responsibilties for own projects.
Administration/ Organisation: KPI reporting and management, development and implementation of intern competitions, office management, answering incoming phone calls.
